While trying to log on to my computer, entered password and hit enter, screen displayed “The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.”
Can’t log onto my computer. Currently posting this on a family members computer.

Im no expert, but a quick Google came up with these.
If you are sure that you remember the password correctly, then maybe keyboard language is changed (check the keyboard language).
The other option is to change the password with ERD Commander (bootable CD).

Fixed it, clicked on the first link by Ejected Filament, did the F8 and restore, fixed the problem. Thanks
Glad it worked out.
Just fixed my buddies Computer that had the exact same error. He had one user account (the one with the error) and one admin account.
Followed these instructions Here logged in as Administrator to fix it. Same as Ejected Filament’s second link.
It is a good idea to have an alternate Administrator account on the system. Actually one should run as a user and have the other Administrator account for managing / maintaining the system.
