Continuing my attempts to print from my Chrome book, how to add a Repo?

As the title says, I'm trying to figure out how to add a Repo to my version of Chrome OS so as to allow me to install CUPs on it. Sadly I can't do it the way you do it on a normal linux machine, I only have access to terminal. :( Any advice?

And to answer a question ahead of time, I already have it dual-booting Chrubuntu but I still want to print from Chrome OS.

Have you tried asking on a Linux forum?

Yeah, I've asked around on a bunch of places. Not on this topic specifically, but on the idea of getting CUPs onto a chromebook.

Nope, best idea so far is compiling the code with in terminal but that would be a PIA and I would have to open terminal to use it...
