Convoy 5050 Butterfly Gasket Too Small?

I’ve tried and tried to get them to fit an LHP531 but they just seem to be a fraction too small. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I’ve had no such issue with said gasket and LHP531.

Did you check for solder blobs on the side of the LED? They can prevent the gasket from seating properly. Cut them off, or carve the gasket to make space.

Yes, I used a razor knife to scrape a little off
