Just built a convoy c8 .The problem is when you do a full click from off light doesn’t turn on but then a press will turn it on.
My guess is prolly the clicky switch ain’t right. :question:
Unscrew the tailcap and check if the brass retaining ring is screwed tight.
Check also the driver retaining ring on the head (on the battery tube end)
Where you got the C8 from? I got mine from gearbest and it had the same problem with the switch
I got it from mtn electronics
Your lucky then, if it’s something Richard sold you and there is an issue he will make it right. Try x3s suggestions first though. Could be something simple (it usually is I have found)
Don’t know what it was .I traded driver for the same driver out of my s 41 put them both back together and now they both work ok.
Lol I hope whatever it was, you fixed it. You must have been holding your mouth wrong the first time.
