convoy c8+

hi guys

ive got a few convoy c8+ coming in the post, cant wait to get them

what are the most mods you guys have done or know about the convoy c8

ive got 2x xhp50.2 coming and a sst40 . i think they are all smo reflectors
1x sand
1x black
1 x clear

ive also got 2x led swtiches coming so ill do that mod first

what else is there to do

change reflector?
i dont want a clippy thing as ill maybe have it in a pouch or my pocket
maybe i could get a bezel and pimp they up a bit

i do like the idea of enamel painting them or some powder coat. or maybe even a liquid dip

il looking for something completely out there and crazy

Hi Chris

the best method to upgrade your C8 is to update the stock driver with a BLF A6 driver, or one of Lexel his drivers (he is a BLF member over here, look around for one of his posts)
Or one of LED4Power his drivers

Don’t forget to use a decent cell

ive got a few samsing 30q coming also. should of mensioned that to

i bought one of lexels drivers, cant fault it

can only fault my soldering iron , tried to solder a spring to it and resistors started to walk there way round the board

bought a few new tips and will get another lexel or led4power and try again :slight_smile:
