After a lengthy browse on the Fasstech site, I rather impulsively ordered an L1. I noticed on the order form the notation “1 left”, which must mean they’ve sold a quite a few of them. Some of the variations were marked “sold out”. Could be good news, or could be bad news - either they’re really popular, or else they suck so bad Fasstech chose not to re-stock.
Surely someone here has bought one. What am I to expect in the next padded envelope? 
I dont see anything to worry about in the specs or pictures, current will be a bit down on one cell but other than that it seems like a nice compact multicell light.
I think, the reason why some are out of stock is the great success. Additional I suppose that FT has ordered only a few at the beginning (it’s a risk to offer a new brand with a big stock, which nobody knows). Now they notice the success and backordered new flashlights.
Some other popular products are also out of stock, which I have to order directly, if they are back (charger Miller 102, Ganzo 704 - I don’t need them at the moment, but I want t o have 2-3 in stock as a present for friends. This is the reason, why I do not need to order them now from IO (the charger) or Exduct (the knives)).
