I’m somewhat new to LED flashlights, and I purchased a Convoy L6. I believe the tint is 6000-6500K, however, I prefer a “whiter” tint. Can I somehow change the tint to the “whiter” tint?
Solder much? You can swap the emitter for, say, a nice 5000K neutral-white.

Ham radio operator - I’m a soldering fool!
By “whiter”, I meant more toward the 7000K (or more) end of the spectrum. Can I change something in the light to get me there? If so, what would I change, and where might I obtain it.
Thank you!

I am more than sure that the 6500K tint will be white enough for your taste.
Values bigger than 6500K contain lots of blue, which isn’t ideal and definitely not pleasing to the eye.

that is considered as cool white already.

I run 8000K bulbs in my fluorescent fixtures at home. I can just plain see better with them.
I don’t care what the real color of the bear in the woods is, I just want to be able to see ’em, and I find that “whiter” or “bluer” or whatever it’s called light works better for me.
I’m gettin’ old - what can I say!
