Would you also consider an orange peel version? So there’s the tail switch versions (T3&T5) and side switch versions
I’ve recently modded my T5 with LML2AW.DC (【convoy】M21F MAO on sale - #12450 by SilicaGel), the stock driver in T5 is indeed underpowered, but the same applies to 519A as well. A 5A driver makes these hosts much more fun regardless of emitter!

Is that LED dome extra tall, or is that just a trick of the camera angle?

However, the individual light segments are arranged more densely in the MT-G2, which should significantly improve the beam. On the other hand, the segments of the XF-L should also radiate laterally, which could reduce the effects on the beam.
I could imagine that these XF-L are basically just several XD16 chips under a silcon dome with one substrate. Cheap and relatively simple since no new LED chip is necessary.
Nope, absolutely not. Unfortunately.
There was no solution after some weeks, but only the repeated answers that some drivers use Attiny MCU (yeah, I know this, thank you). I never got the right drivers or a refund. And there was no answer from him after my last post either, despite he answered to other stuff here.
I now test the Aliexpress refund option for first time . I already got a free shipping label, and sending back is really comfortable from Germany since I just send it via German shipping company to German address and drop the package at my nearest gas station which is also some sort of post office 
I had never thought, that I have to test Aliexpress free return in Simons shop. And I ordered a lot via Ali in the last years, I never had any problem. This does not help in gaining trust, that’s for sure.

Holy Moses That’s going to really need a TIR to keep the beam clean! I wonder what the output is?
By the datasheet, it looks like it is an oversized dome, with the sides slightly cut off.

- Any plans to make a 20mm 6V 5A boost driver?
- How about making a brass driver ring for S2+ with a larger inner diameter to fit a 17mm 6V 4A boost driver with XHP50.3?
