copper at intl-outdoor by the end of april

I realized later that it has no dielectric layer. My correction comment is up there somewhere…
A SuperPillar is identifiable on the bottom side as the pillar goes all the way through, so this is definitely not something like that.
I consider the pillar technology a type of sink pad (not the brand) since there is a direct sink metal layer through the star. SinkPads (the brand) do it in one piece which I’d guess is easier to manufacture (I wonder if the press is part of the punch stage that also cuts out the star shape).

This looks pretty awesome. Will definately try them out if I make an order in a few weeks. Like someone has mentioned, pretty soon a lot of places will probably start selling these direct bonded MCPCBs

Intl-Outdoor carrier copper-no dielectric layer under the LED some long time ago before any sinkpads or whaterver . I have the copper board from LED-tech, it's got no hole in the bottom side from a press and it performs very well according to my tests compared to those normal aluminum ones, maybe I 'll post my results on that.
