I knew it from the start that the birthday gift would be a joke.
$20 from $150 means around 13% Off. And 13% doesn’t give much for already marked up items.
Who cares about customer, profit is number one.
The way I see it, it should be store wide usable, but people go into business to make money so profit is number one. You keep the customers just happy enough to continue that profit. Once you get so big like bangood or GB, fastech etc the customer doesn’t matter as much because now you have so many customers and new ones coming all the time. That loosing a few customers won’t hurt at all. Kinda of like Walmart. You think they really care if you boycott them same concept. And even people who avoid those vendors usually have to pick one of the two if they participle in group buys on lights made for us. I’ve had issues with both, but figure im not doing business with a american company can’t really expect american customer service. Best thing to do is to make a unwrapping video of every order
I agree about that and I can’t deny we need to deal with these resellers on the group buys. And yes they still need to make profits.
But birthday gift was meant to be special. And customers would be happier if they get something special on their birthdays from dealers they frequently buy from. Customers would love them more and would likely give them an increase in sales.
Now why would someone spend $150 just to get $20 (13%) off on his/her birthday. They could get the same (or more) discount percentage on regular flash sales or coupons. The minimum spend required and the discount percentage it gives doesn’t make sense, unless probably for newbie buyers.
Speed and Litghtx I feel the same, I’m very sad by that and I think it will MUCH better if dont have any “coupon” with those restrictions….
The most ridiculous thing in all of these is the questions which they ask in your profile, I marked ONLY “lights/lightening” of interest products and my restrict coupon dont covers my “interest list” :person_facepalming:
I have some fidelity by stores, since 2012 I bought in fasttech until their shipping stop to carry batteries, I did stop for that reason, now I have a reason to (trying) stop in banggood
