CR2 Stainless Mac Custom budget clone

This was a clone I made for Mac EDC bases on a budget ultra fire stainless host.
No body makes Stainless mod for a reason, it’s tool breaking!

It runs on 15266 or 15270 rechargable CR2 only.
It’s custom clicking came from another stainless flashlight & I installed a 47 Ti clip.
It took parts from 3 flashlights to make this.

$99 + 5 shipping, U.S. Only.

It’s the light in the middle, it’s about the size of 18650 battery, the battery to the left is 18500 for reference

do you have cloneright

Making one of doesn’t need clone right, plenty of people have copied my mods on CPF.

I still have this light for sale

No worries, I’ve met Mac in person during a flasholic meeting & showed off my short arc mods, He knows I made this. I assure you that he won’t go after you, a one-off clone is an honor to original modder

Any pictures or a link.

Can’t see any picture too

Image insertion may not work but the link should

Could you post that picture link as well? There’s no reference scale in the one you posted already. Also - there seems to be CREE inscription along with logo engraved on the side?

I see a picture of an Ultrafire C3, nothing else.

Can’t see any pictures…invisible (expensive) flashlights don’t sell

Mate you need to go get links and then HTML file then add to the picture thing on here.

!!

Here is the link to the picture next to 18650.
The clone has Mac’s look but size is much smaller to Mac’s, about the size of 18650 battery.

!!

Thanks!

I am using iPhone & the picture post function diesn’ work somehow.

Mac custom does resemble the ultra fire C3, but it’s a different proportion.
The AA c3 was used as a host, the stainless battery tube was cut in half & re-jointed to run CR2, this is much harder to do especially on a stainless body. If you don’t believe me, try it, see if you can make one. It took me many hours & I haven’t seen another stainless body reduction mod.

After that, the tail is modified & tail switch was removed to install a Ti clip from another flashlight, this reduced the capacity of tail switch space. So a third flashlight was sorced and the smaller tail switch was taken to put into this light.

Overall, the result is a light looks identical to Mac custom light in proportions but much smaller.
