whats the difference between red and pc red ![]()

red is direct and PC is phosphor converted
Yeh, red would be monochromatic LED red, whereas PC looks red, but also has other wavelengths.
Eg, my Anekim has a PC green emitter, so unlike monochromatic green, where the world looks green/black with nothing else, the PC green looks green but also lets you see blues, reds, oranges, etc.
Think of monochromatic amber LEDs, vs 1800K WWW LEDs. That kinda thing.
