Is that the same as a 50.3, or is that a specific order code?

Is there an official announcement or data sheet?

please check the latest datasheets for part numbers

5700k now listed for the 3V too. Pity the CRI is still 0-68 (min-typ).

Do we have estimates on when the 95CRI versions become available for purchase?

yes they have now released

It’s not the 95 CRI yet, but Kaidomain (on Aliexpress LHT Flashlight store) does already sell the 90CRI versions of the XHP 50.3, including the HI, for people that can’t/don’t want to wait.

Looking forward to when the 95 CRI will pop up and for which prices.

This thread (check the title) is about the 3V version which I only see one at Kaidomain, a 6500K probably 70-CRI.

You are completely right, I missed the 3Volt part. The ones at KD are 6 volts obviously!

to be clear 3v versions will only be in 5700-6500k in HI. 95 Cri will be in HI in 6 and 12V and in 4000k down to 2700k

3V XHP50.3 Hi now available on Kaidomain

I’ve got the normal 3V XHP50.3 in a S2+ - using the 5A stock driver and a narrow (Convoy) TIR. It works really well and adding the TIR seems to have helped lessen the coolness of the beam colour. The TIR gives a slightly brighter hot spot with still useful spill available.

It runs cooler than I expected on the lower three settings. It’s only on the fourth (highest) where the heat build up is noticeable.

Seems like the Cree “product characterization tool” is completely offline now. Does anyone have a working link?

Has anybody tried the XHP50.3 HI 3V versions? How does it compare to the HD version or the China SFQ domeless series?
