I built this light around an Emisar D4 driver and Nichia 219C LEDs.

It has an electronic tail switch to control the brightness ramping/ On, Off.
The switch signal from the momentary tail switch is conducted through an inner insulated brass tube to a sprung brass contact ring on the driver.
