@kennybobby, flat top would be optimal. I viewed Samsung INR 30Q button top cells. The specs are less length than the KP… That’s why I thought KP specs could be typo.

Probably a typo, would expect 65.0mm for a flat top.

i measured a 4 pack of button tops that are 66.5mm.

Finally got around to adding Button Tops to some cells – I removed some from a couple dead cells to try it out – The used tabs were slightly warped but usable — The difference is— The dead cells had one ok weld and one not so good (that’s why I was able to reuse them ) The ones I welded on are not coming off in one piece

It has a brass shim / washer in it. It’s the battery on the right in One of photos . That’s the photo of the two batteries that are in the case. The other one is directly in front.

The thread showing the batteries is near post 66 of this thread.
