This may have been asked before, but I can’t find anything relating to it in a quick search - are the battery bodies for these two lights interchangeable? I have a 18350 tube for my D4 and want to know if it would fit a D1?
I’m sure this is an easy answer, and apologise if it’s been done before.

Are those nice pieces of Amber on either side?
strange as I saw that the titaniums have different threads than the aluminum and intl confirmed they do not lego together
how can you fit a titanium tube to the D1s head and tail cap?
Not amber, just some beach rocks found in a bargain bin at a curio store up the coast.
That’s a D1 NOT a D1S. It definitely won’t lego with those.
The Ti 18350 tube I have will screw into the D1S head, but the threads are a bit short. You just need a bit of copper to bridge the gap.

The tube should fit, but you’ll need the same bit of wire I used for it to make contact.

Anyone know if there are plans to make a D4S 26350 tube? Or even a clip for the D4S?
