I always solder the clips by myself if I have to use one.
I still have not understand how you wire all the cells to the charger, a picture would be interesting.
Ado you connect the copper wires with crocodile cables? How is the balancewireconnection?
Maybe the clips aren't making good enough connection with the posts. I could wrap them with solder wick.
I'm using the same clips with the c clamp holders and getting acceptable performance, or at least as good as I've had. I've thought about rebuilding them with thicker wires and copper clips, so I'll order the clips for that.
All leads are attached with clips, including balancing leads. Those should also benefit from wrapping the posts on the cradle with solder wick.
