While light sabre is not for everyone however in real life use, it has its own merit in instances were there is a lot of floating dust or debris in the air and penetration to your target to a very far distance is needed.

Aspheric light owners can attest to this.

I took those photos while we where near a beach front and pinpoint light concentration to far away buoys and boats was no big deal for the Deft X.
