Difference between lumen outputs of XP-L Hi 4000K & 2850K?

I am considering a D4W with XP-L Hi for their higher lumen output and lower heat generation. I prefer neutral (5000K) and warmer tints.
Do the 4000K and 2850K leds have the same output?
Considering that flood is more useful to me than throw, which would you recommend?

Cooler tints are a bit brighter.

I don't know about different tints and flood/throw, but because cooler tints are brighter, they throw a bit further.

When I say "a bit" I'm talking about numbers that are close to being trivial.

I would just get whatever tint I think looks best, and not worry about brightness or throw.
