the red line is the road above the small hill

Something like this will be the cheapest. OLcontest, modified light: 20cm fresnel lens thrower

If you don’t need portability, and can hook to house power -
See if you can find an old slide projector at a Goodwill, or pawn shop.
Way bright, a lens that focuses, and all you will need is the BAT slide cutout.
All the Best,
Jeff

Thanks but I am looking more portable as the one in the video, hence the flash light base/power and if i can hardwire it or charge while on maybe but the Flashlight is where I am looking

An issue will be sustainable runtimes, if you’re going to run this all night. The ms06 you linked will probably only be able to hold 25k lumens for under a min, if that. It will be hard to get a bat-signal light for a non-absurd amount of money, as it needs throw too. Without a foggy night, you’ll need BLF GT94 or Astrolux MF05 levels of throw and lumens for the signal to show up in the sky

I dont know what the most economical bat signal would be, but I dont think it would be with a traditional, battery powered flashlight.

Not looking for all night, I would be good for some here and there through out
or something i can take with to visit family
