Banggood 26605 INR with protected circuit?

They look the same as these from GearBest:

But with a 70% price difference?

Anyone know if the Banggood ones really are protected and if these are the same batteries or not.

On the photos it does not look like protected cells, but he size specifications fits a protected cell.

Should INR be like or very similar to IMR? So….Is the protection necessary?
