Does anyone put anything on the springs in their flashlights to avoid Corrosion? I was thinking of putting Dieelectric grease on some of the cheaper flashlight springs on the inside to keep from corroding but I want to see if this was a good idea or not?

thanks
Chad

They are usually gold, silver or anything else plated.. so they wont corrode. No worries about springs, really..^^

Nope!

Li-ions rather than alkaleaks

I don’t but if I did I’d use the same stuff I use on connectors / contacts in my hi-fi equipment: Caig ProGold G100L Contact Treatment
