The K40M is a nice light, but I haven't played with it much because I already have the very similar and quite good Eagletac MX25L3. I'll use it more in the coming weeks though, and I might even do a review.

I like my Acebeam K40M, mine came from the successful GB. IMHO it smashes the Eagletac SX25L3 in output ( I have one as well ) , but the Eagletac’s size is better.
Has a new batch of K50v2 been made yet? I am still waiting for my replacement battery tube from the group buy.
I was promised photos for confirmation of the new battery tubes, but my email sent two weeks ago seems to have been ignored.

I have spent all my money on the K50 in OL’s GB. Now if Bella can offer K40M cheaper than GB price then only I will consider about it.
Think the K40M is a sweet light. Not many stock MT-G2 flashlights are driven as hard as it is and still having good mode spacing.
I’ve always liked the K40M and wouldn’t mind one day adding it to the Supbeam/Acebeam family I have (K40vn, X40, X60 and once I receive it after its vacation in NY the K50) but for me it doesn’t present anything new or different from what I have now especially if one owns an X40. Now if Acebeam came out with a K50M…. that would catch my attention in a hurry! Oh and a personal dream of mine… how about a K40 with the fully adjustable output ring but with a smaller 4x AA cell battery tube….? Come out with an AA version of the K40 driven well with a continuously variable output with the case and I would seriously consider buying three of them as gifts right now. :bigsmile:
