I ordered my first Fairy light, charger, and 10180 cells from CNQualitygoods early in June. The light and cells arrived in the package, no charger. Ric said he would E-packet it to me, 7-10 days. It arrived today, 15 days later. So, 34 days altogether. Hoping to just order from within the USA in the future, but it’s hard to pass up good deals 
Amazing lil charger, you have to have something to charge those little cells. It will charge a 10440 cell as well. About $4 cheaper at Gearbest 
Shows red while charging. I think I heard it turns to green when completed?
That’s either a BIG dime or these things are tiny.
