I received my order today for my SIPIK CK361 and a UltraFire WF-008, I put batteries in them and they were not bright at all plus they were so dirty inside the reflector. So I took the WF apart and cleaned the lens and wiped clean what I could when I went to put it back together one of the wires came off the board. So I soldered that back on and went to put it back in and the other wire came off. I had enough of that one so I went to clean the other one.......same damn thing!!!! I quit for tonight, I just cant believe both of them....
Open another case. If they won't do anything or try to stall, see if you can still file a dispute with PP. No, scratch that, you should probably do that first. They won't be able to send you a new switch, unless there's a sku for it and even in that case, you will have to point that out to them because, well, it's DX but you should at least get a partial refund.
