I believe this is a complete package but don’t hold me for it. The 2 black tubes are cr123a spacers for using 4x cr123a batteries.
1 issue. one of the battery contacts for the switched battery carrier came off (but is included). The light works as usual if you use the switched battery carrier and snip the contact back on when installing the battery. See the last 2 pictures.

If you don’t have shipping insurance, I am not responsible for lost/damage once it goes to the carrier. You can also send me a prepaid shipping label (USPS, FedEx, UPS only).
