Eagtac 16340 ?

I bought one of these so called Eagletag battery, but on my label it says eagtac?, is this normal or is it a fake ? also i charged it from 0 to 100 and it shows 431mah, can this be true? my old crappy trustfires have those values… help ?

ok seems the name is ok then, but what about the low mah? bought it from Nkon, fresh charge shows only 422 mah ? is this right seems a bit low if they market it as 750mah??

You need to charge your battery up to 4.2V then let the battery rest and do a discharge test to 3V - 2.8V to measure its real capacity.

He says that “i charged it from 0 to 100 and it shows 431mah” so presumably he first discharged it to 0% (2.8 - 3V) and then charged to 4.2V and measured only 431mAh, in that case measured capacity is not impressive…

Maybe it decharged it first but it is not clear so I prefer not presuming anything and indicate how to do it pretty right. :wink:

so is the battery defective then? i expected more then this… I only have a nitecore UM10 charger. What do i need to to “discharge test to 3V – 2.8V to measure its real capacity.” ?
