Edit : the tldr is I ran over this light with a bush hog, lense and bezel and reflector were gone, body was damaged. Found and lense that worked, and thanks to qreciprisity42 who suggested a convoy reflector, grabbed some masking tape, epoxy and bondo and went to town
So first thing I did was mask the lense and then cut it with a scalepel to there was about an eight inch of glass showing on the edge
Next I gave the backside of the lense and the reflector a final wiping with a lense cloth sense they will forever more be encased and “tacked” the lense in place with a few dabs of hot glue
Then I mixed up some two part epoxy and filled the gap around the lense
For the big gash I didn’t want to try and bridge it with epoxy so I mixed a little bondo
(Pro tips for using bondo…. Windex is the anti bondo, spray a little on your fingers and you can sculpt/move/adjust it without it sticking to your fingers. If you ever need to thin bondo (to make it pourable for example) cut it with fiberglass resin before you add herdener (no need to add resin hardener the bondo hardener will kick both). If you ever want to retard bondo (and make it stronger) add fiberglass chop, or horse hair)
And taDA! A quick and easy no frills nothing fancy don’t care what it looks like just want it to work again repair
I might sand on it and smooth it out a bit…. Or I might not.
Cheers!

I always liked this light. Thorfire sent it to me for free back when they were still getting away with “buying” positive Amazon reviews. I ran over it with a bushhog and couldn’t find the lense, reflector or bezel but it still lights up. Anyone know if this workable parts are available?
