I think bestvaping have always given prices - the problem is that shipping is not included, and getting a final price involves getting a shipping quote.
I was there last week and the prices weren’t listed this way but yes, having just placed an order i won’t know shipping cost for a day or two. Check out the price on the I4 though. That alone should cover 1/2 a world of shipping.
Hmm, not sure - when I last got a quote on an Xtar charger (SP2) that was seemingly ridiculously good value, shipping made it very average. With cells they are still good value (well, until Fasttech came along). My last order for 6 protected Panasonic 3100mAh cells was about $56, including shipping.
Bestvaping no longer stock any Xtar products. 
Be interested in knowing what your shipping will be, but presumably you won’t know until after the Chinese holidays.
Did you notice the i4 clone for more than an i4?
Depending on shipping, they have good prices on cells that’s for sure, I could do with at least 4 more good 26650’s, even trustfire flames would do, but ideally better quality cells as their for series lights, I may have to try wrest out.
I have bought Efest batteries here. They do Paypal, free shipping, so the prices are clear.

IIRC, that one has a switch that allows charging of 3.7 volt or 3.2 volt batteries.

it would be nice to know at what point it's cheaper to not be buying with free shipping .
I’ve only placed one order with them, and being used to ‘shipping included’, I paid (what I thought was the total price) immediately.
Then came an invoice showing additional shipping costs, which added 50% to the total…and because I had already submitted the price of goods, I totally screwed up their world.
In the end we sorted it out, but it took them 28 days to ship and a total of 42 days to reach me. In the end, I saved nothing and had lots of aggravation.
Now I use Fasttech and Int-Outdoors. Maybe a slight bit more money, but it’s all above board and with no surprises.
The battery prices from the link Djozz provided are less than 10% more than the main site I linked to but the charger was $30 instead of $14. Ill have to wait and see about shipping cost but my entire order was the same price as just the 2 chargers would have been. If you just want cells, go to the free shipping site.

Yup. Efest and BIO are pretty much the same.
I paid 9.7$ shipping for 6 batteries, with tracking.

power wholesale /efest /bestvapping ..i'm sure i'm forgetting a few .. but it clearly isn't best in coins cuz bic 's battery selection has always sucked ..even their lights selection now sucks
Efest has always been one of the only sources for LMR batteries at half rice of a AW they are a deal no matter how long it takes for shipping ...i'm curious has anyone ever tried their own labeled cells .
Close to a month is about how long it takes to get stuff from them .. expect to wait ..
I'm sorry, I had not noticed, I checked , I payed $2.27 as well, it was for 4 batteries so it is ok for me.
Some inconsistency: In the order confirmation it is handling costs (and: free shipping!), but Paypal indeed mentions it being shipping costs

I made the mistake of ordering my efests from PowerWholsale and getting stung with expensive shipping. I thought the quote was for FedEx (what I asked for) but was told I only paid for standard shipping. They did tell me they had another site that did free shipping although I can’t find it.
The batteries are good. It’s just a mission to get them it seems.
