Email address for CNqualitygoods?

I’ve got an email from cnqualitygoods about an item I ordered that is no longer available.

I’ve tried replying repeatedly, and (sales@cnqualitygoods.com and cnqualitygoods@hotmail.com)

But both come back as undeliverable (apparently they’ve made the SPAM blacklist)

Does anyone have a working email address? I’d rather not have to file a paypal claim…

I used cnqualitygoods@hotmail.com to get in touch with him, also try customerservice@cnqualitygoods.com

I’ve tried both, from my yahoo mail, and they get kicked back.

dthrckt, maybe try contacting Ric through Fancy lights, perhaps that would work. If not, PM me the information and I’ll see if I can get the email through for you.

This has happened to me too.
Also, I have a missing item and I cannot find my order history in their site.

Dave, I sent an email to Ric using, sales@cnqualitygoods.com, from my AOL account and it went through no problem. I told him members have been trying to contact him, but their emails get bounced back. I asked him to check his server for issues.

Thanks

I sent one through paypal, so hopefully that will work. If he gives me a different address I can foward him the undeliverable report so that someone get try to get them un-blacklisted…

I have the same problem a few months ago with some really popular email account provider here in Germany. I could not send him any information with GMX or ymail (is part of yahoo). I open a gmail account and with this it works.

AOL is still around???

LOL…yes, and it’s free now too. If not for AOL, my wife and I never would have met 17 years ago. So we use it, if only for that reason

They’ve had that blacklist problem for months now. Most of my mail comes from my yahoo account and I was getting blocked as well.

Ric, if you’re reading, please fix this. It’s a big problem.

I’m not sure how, since I got undeliverable replies for both addresses I used, but somehow it got through and Ric replied from cnqualitygoods
at hotmail.
He’s sending me a refund.

I didn’t really need 32mm battery contact boards anyway lol
