I am new here and wanted to get some help on a project of mine… I would like to make a super 365nm torch out of a D4SV2 but from what I am told by mountain electronics the stock white leds can handle 5A of power and the LG UV leds I was looking at can only take .7A. Does anyone know of a 3535 uv led that can handle 5A? I’d love to build a super uv monster since I work with luminous watch parts and want something more powerful than my cu6 and WK30. I however don’t want a huge flashlight like most high powered uv lights.
Any help would be great!!!

That would be nice. But there aren’t any. Doesn’t really matter because you can get plenty of 365nm UV out of the existing LEDs at about 1A each. Just make a triple or quad from something that goes to 4A, see this for example https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/49853

UV LEDs are sensitive to heat, so you need a huge flashlight that will disipate heat fast to run them at high power.

Emisar uses Carclo optics, those are made out of polycarbonate and are poor 365nm transmitters, I would avoid that.
