It really is up to Lumintop to fix the issues, the Team can only do so much. I sent Leo 2 or 3 PM and emails and have not heard from him at all. Texas_Ace told me Leo would like to get it sorted, but the Lumintop boss refuses to let him spend any more money. There was even a Lumintop employee who gave back a GT refund instead of just a battery refund and they had to pay it back out of their own salary.
