Anyone know of a good Ali source for quality 18350 cells? I can’t get shipping from GB or BG recently and only a fraction of the Ali ones will even ship. I don’t want to pay $10 per cell either, would rather just skip the 18350 lights altogether if that is the case.

Does Vapcell ship to SA ? They use the same battery inside as Aspire and Keeppower.
