Which one of these companies does the best heat treatment and grinds?Which models cut the best and hold the edge longest?
I an only compare a few Ganzos with Enlans
I use either a Enlan EL01 or Ganzo G727M
The Enlan was kind of a must do because while working I lost the Ganzo
I found it a week later, it had been laying in the wet dirt, I cleaned it, and the Ganzo is still sharp, I did not sharpen it at all, the Enlan needs sharpening now after using it much much less.
Also I have used a Enlan EL06, it is a very nice looking knife but it also needs sharpening now already and that too was used much less then the Ganzos (another Ganzo, the G726M is also still very sharp.)
i mainly use them to cut:
herbs and leaves to eat
trim down the now speedy growing wisteria that produces numerous shoots, and only the fresh young green shoots i Cut when I see a new one going where I dont want it to go
I didn’t find any info on Ganzo 746,but have it on order.Endura clone ganzos are very good,and I like them better than real endura.Had endura but lost it some time ago so I got Ganzo,endura iz just overpriced for what youre getting,aand g10 endura forget it lol.
