Dunno how much the light goes for or what percentage 2bux might be, but part of the problem is that to >99% of the world, you explain NW vs CW and they’ll just roll their eyes like you’re a nut. “White is white”, and a slightly different shade makes zero difference to them.
Wanna get pist off, get this…
I order a desk thermometer from a seller on AX. Normally, you order a brick and it’ll arrive mummified in 1lb of bubblewrap and clear packing tape that takes a half-hour to unravel. These geniuses instead stuffed the big-glass-displayed thermometer into a ziplock bag with 1 sheet of paper-thin “foam”, and into a form-fitting plain stretchy-plastic envelope. Zero protection for the huge glass face. And of course it’s cracked, and a third of the display is filled with LC “ink”.
Message after message after message goes unanswered. I finally put in for a dispute, pointing out all of the above, with pix.
Seller’s counteroffer? 0 refund, 0 replacement.
Oh, this is gonna be fun.
Anyhoo, what about explaining your pressing need for NW, for color accuracy, how you need a NW light for your job, whatever your reasons?
