Yep, it was difficult, and unexpectedly the body came apart in three parts…
The tube came loose with just strap wrenches.
But the hard part was separating the head/reflector from button/driver section.
There’s just no way to get a grip on the smooth slanting surface with straps.
I finally had to put channel locks straight on the metal & let it bite in hard.
And before all that, weaken the thread locker with strategical heating with a small gas torch.
