Ok, time for a update. It was a really close one but I made it just in time.
I was focused this time more on modelling single parts instead of doing CAD Render Pictures because I literally needed every single free minute I had.

All started with a 3W 3500K Star LED which I wanted to use for a different Project and forgot about it. I attached a extra Heat Sink to it with a mix of 2K Glue and Thermal Grease.

The LED is rated at around 3W with a current of 700mA. I tried it out at a current of 600mA and it was bright enough for my needs. It would not overheat either.

I designed the first parts, the Desk Lamp Head and 3D printed them.

Time for other parts. I designed a rectangular base for the Desk Lamp.

And here is the Lid for the base.

After a while I prepared the other required parts. The Desk Lamp Head and the LED insert are a good match.

Since I decided to use a 4S Battery Pack again, I used 4 old 18650 Cells from a broken Power Bank with a failed circuit board. The cells itself tested OK and I precharged them at 4.1V each. I made a holder + insulator for the cells from TPU.

I spot welded the Battery Pack and prepared other parts too.

The lid got a gasket to keep the LED cables as snug as possible.

Several hours of work later, I modelled some more parts and printed them. I had to do some metal work as well 

Here is the first test of the battery pack with the Buck Converter for the LED and a switch. I ordered a 4S BMS but unfortunately this one was delayed and will be delivered after the contest…for now I won´t use the 4S charging circuit. It´s the same variant I used in the last contest, the one which gets really hot. This is why I attached some Heat Sinks to it. The Buck Converter got a extra Heat Sink too, though it is not really required for a current of <2A.

Well, the circuit works like this too, even without a BMS but I will keep a sharp eye on the Battery Level Indicator to prevent the cells from damage. Once I receive the missing part, I will add the BMS and also connect the USB Charger to the Battery Pack.

Time for some Testing. The 3500K LED and the golden filament produce a nice light.

The Battery Level Indicator works too. The rectangular base has a small glitch because of a knot in the filament…but right now I cannot afford to lose more time to print a new one. It does the job for now.

Around 559g is not bad for such a Desk Lamp 
I consider this Project to be finished, it does the job and as soon as I get the 4S BMS, I will install it too.
For a Project which was made in such short time, I can be happy with the results.
The estimated run time of the Desk Lamp with fully charged cells (and max. capacity) is around 4h+, more than enough as a extra helper when soldering and inspecting PCBs.
I will try to make a Video too and post it, hopefully before the timer reaches 0.
