Fireflies Lume1 moonlight question

Hey, I wonder- the PL47G2 has amazing moonlight, hands down. It actually seems to emit less light than the aux LEDs on high. Brilliant.

Is the same true for their Lume1 lights, e.g. the NOV-MU, E12R, E07x Pro etc.?

No it’s significantly higher, theoretically it’s 6A/1023 so ~6mA, but by default it’s set at 3/1023 (18mA) because level 1 and 2 can flicker a bit.

PL47G2 is 1 7135 for lows, 350mA/255 = 1.4mA but can be lower in practice due to the 7135 not turning on instantly.

Aww shucks. Thank you.

My E07 2021 with SW45K’s puts out about 0.01lm on level 1. My E07X Pro with SST20 4000K’s puts out 1.3lm.on level 1. There’s no comparison.

at some point, you just cannot use it

It’s delightfully dim. It’s not dim enough to be unusable though. I don’t know exactly where that point is. The Thrunite Catapult Mini I had could get so dim it was useless, and that was very impressive.

it;s too dim when you can;t even see the LED
