Cant seem to find a proper driver to fit this host..
Id like a basic on/lo/hi/off type..
Preferably for use with a 1.2v NiMh battery.
Can 200 lm be possible ?

17mm driver. Kaidomain should have such drivers, but I’m not sure about AA support.
So my suggestion is to use Convoy’s 14500/AA driver.

Convoy also has a lower output 17mm which is compatible with 14500 and AA.
Not sure if it’s compatible with NiMh though:

I’ve used this driver with NiMH and it’s great. Even more efficient than the current 12-group driver, actually. I just find mode memory a bit annoying.

I’m assuming you mean, a MCPCB with a LED on it.
If you want a good all around LED, I highly recommend the Nichia 519A in 5000K.
Since the KD host you’re looking at is nearly identical to the Convoy T2, I assume the Convoy T2/T3 MCPCB would be a direct fit:
