Hello,

The wire inside the tailcap that connects the pcb to the spring broke. Soldering it back is not the problem. But I needed to turn the spring pcb counterclockwise to get it out to resolder it. After resoldering the wire from the spring pcb to the tailcap pcb, I needed to turn it clockwise to screw the tailcap back in… this is where the problem lies… when screwing it back, the wire gets twisted and break again. Any advice?

Maybe twist it before soldering and hold the twist with a pliers and a rubber band to keep it closed.
Then when putting it back you have some room to play and twist.
