flashlight advice

hi guys and gals

i have been out of the flashlight bussiness for some time bit its summer time and summer camps are coming up and im apparently the go to flashlightoholic, i cant blame them, i was the guy packing 5-6 flashlights of all shapes and sizes for a weekend short trip.

I recommended multiple flashlight to many of my friends but i have gotten one request that is breaking my mind.
He is particularly picky and i cant see to find a light that suits him so i was thinking that more brains are better than 1.

soo he wants something:

- Compact

- USB charged

- with a side switch

- 1000lm minimum

- with 200m rage.

- long runtime

“tube style” flashlight
and all in a small budget, 50dollars? maybe a bit more if it really ticks all boxes. including battery (probably sanyo ncr18650ga)

I was thinking of a convoy S9 with a XPL2 HI led swap to get a bit extra punch, both in range and lumen.

also some light that crossed my mind but out of budget range:

- Olight R50 seeker

Klarus G20

Do any of you have any suggestions?
