Whats the quality like for such a small file ?
Quality was okay, especially since it was a doc, and everything moved fairly slowly. (Mind you, I was only watching full screen on my 17" laptop, not some mammoth tv.)

I down loaded it the best speed i could get was 220 kbps, took around 30 mins not bad at all for those kind of down loads. I streamed it from my computer to my xbox and previewed in on the big screen and it looks good, ill watch it tonight when the little one is asleep.

I saw this on the National Geographic Channel when they first broadcasted it. My wife had actually pointed it out to me as something I might be interested in.
When they got to their rather small segment on flashaholics, I jumped up and said to her, "See, I'm not alone! Others appreciate them too!". Which promptly earned me a thrown pillow to the face, but I made my point.
It was interesting but, kinda dated. All that time spent in "the bulb." Also, "LEDs create no heat." Well, maybe not but . . .
