Flashlight I ordered not moving?

I ordered a Convoy flashlight earlier this month.

My issue is that I think the flashlight has been in Gardena, California since March 18th.

It doesn't appear to be moving.

I live in Southern California, and Gardena is not that far away.

I know that I should just be patient, but I wonder if something went wrong?

Give it another two week to handoff to USPS. I’m pretty sure all these small import/export companies wait until they have a few packages before handing off to USPS hence the delay. I’ve been lucky and it’s taken approximately 5 business days before handing off to USPS.

The USPS tracking # will show the logistics company who’s doing the handoff.

Okay, I'm glad to know that this type of delay is normal.

I’m in Nor Cal and my usual wait is 5 - 10 days in Compton CA, once it’s handed off to USPS it is usually at my door next day.

Yea, mine sat in Gardena for about 5 days, with an expected delivery date next month, then suddenly left Gardena yesterday with an updated delivery date of today. Silly me I used my work address, so it went to our usps PO box apparently. God knows when our shipping dept will get around to checking it and inter-officing it to me…

Edit: it showed up yesterday on my desk (3/24) after I left for the day…

If you track it through the USPS website, they should tell you who the shipping partner is. And some of them are slooowwwww. Like it takes longer for them to get it from Customs to your door than it took for the item to travel from the seller, through exports, halfway around the world, and clear Customs. I’ve had recent Convoy orders come through Pitney Bowes, and they take 2+ days for every single step. 2 days to pick it up from customs, 2 days for it to leave their CA location, 2 days to arrive at the next location, 2 days for it to leave that location, 2 days to make it to the next, 2 days to leave, 2+ days to finally get it handed off to USPS.

I’ve been waiting on a Magnetic 3rd hand soldering station from Aliexpress. It took 8 days from after clearing US Customs to be on the truck for delivery today. So yea, some of these shipping partners are slooooow.
