In general Convoy and Sofirn brand lights are considered very good value for money.

One of my personal favorites that doesn’t get much love anymore. DQG Tiny 18650. NW with that TIR and simple UI. Super small, doesn’t get fire starting hot. I think it’s a must have for any enthusiast. Just my opinion of course. Tons of great lights but, yeah, we need more info on what you want to accomplish with your light.
