Astrolux MF01 is quite focused as each LED has a fairly big TIR
Also TIR has not much spill
Better get a light with 3XHP70 and relative small reflectors

I guess I’m gonna be that guy, but I wouldn’t buy any of those. I’d save my money for another week and buy a Meteor.
Its 3 times pricer than Q8, is it worth that? Is it 3 times better? 
Who said anything about the Q8? You asked for flooder recommendations for $100. The Meteor almost fits that requirement so I felt it worth mentioning. If your budget was only $40 then of course the Meteor would be a bad recommendation.
As for whether its better than the Q8, I have no idea…yet. I’ve had a Meteor for a while and will be happy to compare it to my Q8 when it arrives. My expectation is that they will be pretty different lights, mostly due to the fact that the Meteor uses optics instead of reflectors and is therefore going to be quite a bit more floody than the Q8. I also expect the Meteor to be a better made piece of gear than the Q8, because my past experiences with Thorfire have always left a bit to be desired, and I know that the Meteor is top quality. That said I do expect the Q8 to be a helluva value for its crazy low price.
This is actually good advice, but do buy a Jaxman Z1. Its flood with a NW XML2 is so nice and uniform it us a no brainer, relatively small and if you do want to look further away you can zoom in.

In a Convoy S2+ and a Jaxman E2. It’s a handy flood for me. Very smooth, and with the 90+ CRI Nichia 219b, it’s very pretty.
Probably not as high powered as you’re looking for, but I love mine.
Convoy L6 around $50, so get two.
