How do i get the driver out and test it?

I’m trying to get the driver out of an aluminum pill, its in good, i tried pushing it out from the other side, and i’ve tried running the light for a while to heat the pill, but so far no dice, suggestions? Also how do i test the driver once its out, the output suggests one of the 7135 chips is not working. the ones i could access had 110 or 130kohm resistance to the spring. [image]

its in so tight i can put my whole body weight on pulling it and it doesn’t budge
