A set of 4 tenergy RCR123A rechargeable Li-Ion batteries with charger for $17 $14 shipped in the U.S. These are like new and have gone through only 7 discharge-recharging cycles.
They have a capacity of 900mAh and a nominal voltage of 3.0V, but will be around 3.2V when fully charged.
