I have 30 of these XM-L2's on triple SRK boards, these are brand new, only switched on to verify they work, zero runtime. All are cool white, unknown bin.

They are all cool white, I’d say close to 1A. Yes they are in parallel.
What does srk mean and how many cells needed to run
Skyray King. The emitters are in parallel, so 1s. Lookup Skyray Kings & clones for more information - normally this would be powered by an FET driver with a 1s4p battery setup behind it.

“1 series - 4 parallel”, i.e., 4 batteries are in parallel, so the voltage would be that of just 1 battery (4.2V), but the group of 4 batteries would, altogether, have capacity (mAh - milliAmp-hours) that equal the sum of the capacity of the 4 batteries. The group of 4 batteries would also be able to supply the amount of current that is the sum of amount of current of the 4 batteries.
