W00t! Fastech got another Ganzo, the G714 tactical survival knife. Looks fine as hell like the others they make. Tanto blade and tip up clip.
I have a G712 on the way that should arrive in a week or so and I can't wait to get that one! The grips look crazy comfortable and the blade fantastic for most chores outdoors.
I also have a Buck fixed blade skinner traveling with the G712. Looks super sweet as well even though I'm sure it's not a genuine Buck it still looks like great quality. I'll give a full report on that too once it arrives. ;)
I got an enlan en-01 in easy enough, you are allowed to “own” bowies, kukri’s, machetes large folders etc, you just can’t carry them in public without a legitimate excuse.
I am carrying my en-01 everyday since I got it though, its too useful not too, that g712 looks to be of a similar ilk, it looks like there’s only you an me digging them though :~
The G712 blade looks lovely, but there is a detail in the handle that bugs me. When you look at the Benchmade Bedlam that inspired it, there is a window breaker section with lanyard hole missing from the Ganzo. It is a pity they could not include this. The handle would look nicer if it did not have the lanyard hole cutaway.
it is uk legal (non locking sub 3” blade folder) and is a really nice little knife, I have another that’s waiting for me to get some more bayou clips then I can cycle my edc knives on my edc lanyard.
I like the second link, thanks for sharing, I could easily live with minor cracks too, my knives work rather than sit in a cabinet, the h02 shown above will likely be my dress edc alongside my trustfire t2.
