Perhaps they havent made headband for it yet?
All their previous headlamps were 18650 sized and for that they have headband.
They already have a 14500 headband. I think it was made for their 14500 flashlights to be used as a headlamp in a pinch. I have one for my Nitefighter L1A.

Voting with our money and not buying is not changing things,
The Manufactures who are working with us on custom builds should be supported!!! Maybe Manker needs to take the X5, X6, T01 tech and ask us about making a headlamp.
Save your money until “they” start building what we want, Say no to having crap shoved down out throats!
Nothing personal, but Manufactures seem to be all about PUSH marketing, so some times we need to PUSH back.
Maybe I don’t know what I am talking about, (it’s a real possibility)

Ive read that Simon from Convoy will be working on a headlamp next year as well as DQG also working on a headlamp, so, everythings possible in this regard ;)!
Im sure as soon as Simon starts working on a headlamp flood of information will be channelled to him from BLF :D!
Simon and I started speaking about headlamps almost a year go. He said that it would not be until the following year but that he wanted to develop a headlamp. As always, and only, just a money thing to get drivers and hosts manufactured in a large enough quantity to meet his target market.
My guess is that J-dub will be the beta tester since he has been slowly becoming Simon's BLF rep ;)
